Workspaces
Keep different projects separate with independent workspaces.
Workspaces let you organize collections, environments, and history into isolated groups. Each workspace has its own set of collections and environments, making it easy to switch between projects without cross-contamination.
Managing Workspaces
Click the workspace name in the navbar to open the workspace manager:
- Create — Click New Workspace and enter a name
- Rename — Double-click a workspace name or use the context menu
- Switch — Click a workspace to switch to it
- Delete — Use the delete button (cannot be undone)
Workspace Isolation
Each workspace maintains its own:
- Collections and requests
- Environments and variables
- Request history
Switching workspaces preserves the state of each workspace independently.
Default Workspace
A Default Workspace is created automatically when you first use the API Client. You can rename or delete it as needed.
